Drop-In Visits

Drop-In Visits are flexible, fuss-free check-ins to care for your pet while you're out, tailored to your pet's needs.

Every visit can include:

• A toilet break and fresh water top-up

• Feeding or treats as agreed

• Cuddles, enrichment or light playtime

• Medication (if pre-approved)

• A post-visit update with a photo

60-minute visits also include a short walk of around 20–30 minutes if requested, and are ideal for multiple pets or detailed routines.

Good to know:

• A meet and greet is needed before visits begin.

• Please provide reliable access to your home, such as a key, lockbox or code.

• One-off, holiday and ad hoc visits need 48 hours' notice to cancel.
